 note = {本稿は目次に記すIII 部構成による全文のパートI である。われわれは，人格主体論を基軸として福祉論を考察してきた。その見地からすると，「統合作用」という「人格の作用」がまず存在する。さらに，そこにいう人格のもとに自我上の態様とそれを取り巻く環境を見出すことができる。この人間に関する本質的視点から，人間福祉の技術論へ至る推移を論じていく。そのためには福祉状況が変化してゆくプロセスについて，その条件設定を含みながら本質論から具体的対応に至る考察が綿密になされねばならない。しかし，こうした事柄について，これまでの著作において，詳細については明らかにすることができなかった。そこで，われわれはこの小稿において，科学の最先端部分といえる量子論に早くから視点を向け本質的な有機的存在性の解明に挑んだホワイトヘッドの思想を参照して論を進める。彼の「有機体の哲学」および「プロセス哲学」と呼ばれる哲学においては，本質論から宗教や科学に至る思索上の連続性のもとに「一（いち）」としての人間存在の意味的な存立がたどられる。その考察は，微視的視点に発しながら有機体の極大にまで至る巨視的かつ動態的な内容をも持つ。またそうした議論の展開は，全体を視界に収める総合的な内容を保持する。それ故，人間福祉という総合的観点から人格的開花を支える学的努力に広く貢献することが期待できるであろう。, This study consists of three parts (Parts I to Part III), as shown in the table of contents.
　 Welfare theory is considered from the standpoint of transforming personal identity theory into core logic. From such a standpoint, the operation of the personality is discovered to be, first of all, an integrative operation. Furthermore, the field of the ego and modes based on personal identity can be explored. In order to discuss the logical development from essential theory to technical aspects of the theory, the process from abstract, essential theory to concrete, illustrative science must be closely observed. Such observation includes theoretical processes concerning changes in welfare conditions that need to be set up to insure a sense of well-being. Previouslythese issues could not be fully clarified. This theory will consider the ideas of A. N. Whitehead, who turned his attention to quantum theory early on, determined to elucidate the processes of essential, organic existence. His philosophy, the “Philosophy of organism” or “Process philosophy,” illuminates the semantic existence of an individual human being on the basis of continuity of meditation extending from science to religion. Whitehead’s studies subsume the content of macroscopic and dynamic states which hold the maximum possible number of organic situations, while retaining a microscopic viewpoint. Moreover, the developmentof such an argument encompasses the synthetic content of a whole field of view. Thus, these ideas can be expected to contribute to academic effort to support personal identity from the viewpoint of human welfare.},
