 note = {For the formation and the development of Tokoku Kitamura’s literary thought, it is important to account the exchange between Tokoku Kitamura and the members of Quaker. The beginning of July in 2002, I finally found the materials by George Braithwaite who employed Tokoku Kitamura as his interpreter. With several notes I would like to retype and introduce 7 letters which was written by George Braithwaite.　These letters make clear that George Braithwaite employed after the interview in the Saturday afternoon of August 1st, and that William Jones’s Peace Lecture was held at the Meiji Kwaido on Monday “stormy evening” of August 19th in 1889.},
