That is to say, valuable information is used to contribute to the creation of all values.　Needless to say, in an information society, efficient and effective use of information is vital. Use of information which is necessary has value. Moreover, the value of this information can change with the passage of time.　Some iformation becomes unnesessary, while other information is used again. I propose to examine the concept of the life cycle of information in relation to its value.　I propose an ideal way of management of the life cycle of valuable information by comparing the information life cycle management to document management, as fife cycle management and the concept of life cycle is seen in document management.
