It is shown that nominative particles were first used in conjunction with Sino-Japanese verbs, especially those consisting of one Chinese character. This difference between Sino-Japanese verbs and other verbs is not seen in Heike Monogatari but is clearly seen in Japanese commentaries (Shômono) on Chinese classics. The discrepancy between the two types of writing can be accounted for as a result of the fact that Sino-Japanese verbs were more indigenized in the latter type of writing.}, pages = {49--57}, title = {中世日本語における主格助詞表出と漢語動詞}, volume = {第17巻}, year = {2005}, yomi = {コバヤシ, シゲユキ} }
