 note = {The 21st century, which has witnessed the evolution of an industrial society into an information society, is the century of the environment.　Dealing with environmental problems in the community is especially challenging and important because enterprises, administration, and citizens are inextricably linked. The role that information plays in solving environmental problems is vital. Information with high value concerning the environment (value of information) improves the consideration of the subject for the environment and changes an individual’s lifestyle. The process by which a sustainable economic society is achieved through the recycling of products (the assumption of a zero emission and a circulation type economic society in environmental measures) is taken up in this paper. The writer will examine the value of recycling and then present the optimization of the recycling model from the value of the products (object value) and the social value (subject value).In addition, the relation of the value of recycling and information will be examined.},
