However, it is not easy for school counselors to support clients without the help of teachers. To enhance collaboration between school counselors and school teachers, we decided upon 4 aims: (1) to introduce more school-counselors; (2) to reduce the stress of the teachers; (3) to promote clinical-psychological knowledge; (4)flexible consultation times. To put these aims into practice, four projects were started at the school. They were: (a) a counseling room open to any students or teachers at certain times; (b) support programs which connect students more closely to the school; (c)comprehensive psycho-educational curriculum; (d) stress-management classes for the teachers. Through these experiences, not only did communication between the school-teachers and the counselors become smoother, but also the counselors were able to correspond with more students than before. It was also found that these projects tied school and the students together more strongly.}, pages = {231--239}, title = {教師とのコラボレーションを重視したスクールカウンセリング}, volume = {第18巻}, year = {2006}, yomi = {ハセガワ, エミコ} }
