More important is the cooperation between psychiatric social-work supervisors and training-school teachers.  This study aimed to understand the nature of cooperation in practice, that is, how psychiatric social-work supervisors and training-school teachers cooperate.  When, as a result of the analysis, a student apprentice encountered an unexpected situation, cooperation did take place.
