Leisure included in non-Positional goods is an opportunity for individuals to experience an extraordinary life; many of these goods are dispersed as tourism resources to local cities.  However, to enjoy leisure under time constraints and when there is an overload of information, credibility is questioned.\n　 Although local cities survive and recruit visitors, they are biased toward some areas, and polarization is remarkable.  When young people, who are responsible for the future, disseminate information appropriately, regional understanding and awareness of belonging will be enhanced and the credibility of information guaranteed.
