In this paper, three major accidents at the facilities-that is, accidental falls on the floor, accidental falls on stairs, and accidents involving aspiration-are analyzed in order to show the characteristics of methods of risk theory used in engineering fields, i.e., organizational accident theory and the SHEL theory. The result of these analyses reveals that accidental falls on floors are the most significant accident from the viewpoint of frequency of accident occurrence, while from the viewpoint of magnitude of risk, an accident involving aspiration is as serious as an accidental fall on the floor. In addition, it is shown that risk communication is indispensable in resolving problems concerning care accidents between care specialists and people requiring long-term care for themselves or for their relatives.}, pages = {15--37}, title = {介護事故のリスク対策論的考察}, volume = {第19巻}, year = {2007}, yomi = {シメギ, ノブオ} }
