 note = {日本において，食物アレルギーは1歳以下の乳幼児に比較的よくみられる疾患であるが，食物アレルギーをはじめとしたアレルギー疾患の発症や重症化の要因については明らかになっていないことも多く，治療は対症療法が主となる。
　食物アレルギーは患者とその家族，さらにその家族を取り巻く社会にも影響を与える疾患である。特に患者が子どもの場合は，家庭生活を家族，主に母親に依存するため，母親の心的状態と子どもとの関係性が病態の安定化，難治化に影響すると考えられる。食物アレルギーの治療においては，症状の緩和とともに，患児と家族に対する治療面および生活面における心理教育的なかかわりや，精神的サポートが重要になる。このため，食物アレルギー児を持つ保護者，主に母親に対する，患児および家族の実態調査を行い，その家族に必要な心理社会的サポートを査定することが，食物アレルギーの治療を効果的に行い難治化を防ぐための一つの方法として有効なのではないかと考えられる。
　本論文では，現在日本語に翻訳されている質問紙の中から，患児のQOL，母親のストレスと困難感，家族に与える影響の3つの側面を評価するのに適した尺度についての考察を行った。その結果，一般的な患児のQOLと家族への影響の評価はPedsQL TM，食物アレルギー児のQOL評価はFAQLQ-PFが適切なのではないかと示唆された。アレルギー疾患の治療においては，患児のみならず，母親を含む家族のQOLを評価し，それを治療に生かしていくことが重要である。, In Japan, food allergies are a relatively common affliction among infants aged less than a year.  However, the reasons behind the onset of and aggravation of food allergies and other allergic reactions are often unclear.  Therefore, symptomatic treatment is the main method of treatment.
　 Food allergies affect not only patients and their families but also the society surrounding them.  In particular, when the patient is a child, they rely on their mothers for everyday activities.  Hence, the mother’s mental state is considered as affecting the stabilization and intractability of the pathological condition.
　 In the treatment of food allergies and alleviation of symptoms, psychological support of the mother and family is important.  Therefore, to help the treatment of food allergies, one can conduct a survey of the conditions of parents and children with food allergies and assess their needs of psychosocial support.  In this study, among the questionnaires translated into Japanese, we considered scales that are suitable for evaluating the following three aspects: the patient’s quality of life （QOL）, stresses of and difficulties faced by the mother, and impact on the family.  We found PedsQL TM to be an appropriate tool for evaluating a general patient’s QOL and the impact on the family and FAQLQ-PF to be appropriate for QOL evaluation of children with food allergies.  In the treatment of allergic reactions, it is important to evaluate the QOL of not only the affected child but also the family, including the mother.  The results must also be considered during the treatment.},
