 note = {人間における「幸福主義」の内容は，多様な形で表現される。この多様性は，われわれが福祉内容を集約すると考える共通善の位置づけを極めて困難なものとする。シェーラーは，カント的な規約主義的論理といえる「形式主義」から離脱し，情緒的な人間性の延長線上に自我存在を位置づける。さらに彼はその自我領域を越えた対象化され得ない主体領域に人格主体を描き出す。そうすることによって，この道筋のなかで幸福主義ないし福祉への道を内包する共通善への志向を救い出そうとしている。しかしこの志向性におけるプロセス把握に明確さを欠いた為に，彼の論は自我と人格主体の二元論としてしかみなされないことになった。実際は，その論は単なる二元論ではなく，サイエンスのさらなる展開のなかで明らかにされる内容を持つ。それは量子論に基礎を置くホワイトヘッドがいう「現実的実在」の論を経て有機的全体への道を明らかにし，全体における共通善を明示することのできる倫理学へと続く内容として把握することができる。この稿においてそうした議論へと歩を進め，真の科学的倫理学を説述していくことにする。, The notions of eudaemonism in human life can be expressed in various forms.  This diversity challenges our understanding of the common good, which is often taken as a consolidation of the contents of welfare.  Scherler breaks with formalism, which can be called Kant’s logic, and situates the existence of the ego in the extension of affective humanity.  Furthermore, he places the personality subject in the subjective domain, beyond the ego domain, which has been object-ized.  In this manner, Scherler seeks to rescue the intention to recover the common good, which includes an approach to eudaemonism or welfare.  However, because he does not clearly grasp the process of this intentionality, his theory should be regarded only as an expression of a dualism of the ego and the personality subject.  As it is, his theory should be clarified in the context of the further development of science instead of as mere dualism.  Doing so indicates a means of reaching an organic whole through Whitehead’s theory of the actual entity, which has a foundation in quantum theory, and this theoretical stance can be grasped as contents that continue as ethics that can specify the common good in its entirety.  In this draft, we develop a precursor to such an argument and describe a true scientific ethic.},
