 note = {本研究の目的は，精神保健福祉士指定実習施設（精神保健福祉援助実習）で，精神障害のある学生に対してどのような配慮が行われているのか，その実態を明らかにすることである。調査対象者は精神保健福祉士指定実習施設で，精神障害のある学生を受け入れた経験がある実習指導者2名とした。半構造化面接による個別のインタビュー調査を実施し，その内容を質的に分析した。
　その結果，実習指導者が精神障害のある実習生に対して行う配慮として，①実習生自身に対する配慮，②養成校教員との連携，③実習施設内におけるスタッフ間の連携，④クライエントとのかかわりという4つのカテゴリーに整理された。, In this study, we analyzed conditions involving the consideration (support) of apprentices with disabilities in psychiatric social-worker training.  The subjects were two training supervisors who had experience in teaching apprentices with mental disorders.  We conducted individual, semi-structured interviews; subsequently, we collected and qualitatively analyzed data on the consideration (support) of apprentices with mental disorders.  As a result, the following four types of conditions involving consideration (support) from training supervisors were found:
（1） Direct consideration (support) of the apprentices
（2） Cooperation with teachers at the training school
（3） Cooperation with staff at the facility accepting the apprentices
（4） Relationships with clients using the facility},
