It puts the notion of disability in a new light, i.e. in a context of a universal human experience of living. In response to this new view of disability, universities of welfare and education are required to offer expansive learning programs toward a better understanding of people with disabilities. We conducted a preliminary survey of conscious attitudes of welfare and early childhood education students toward people with disabilities in order to develop expansive learning programs. The subjects were 146 students. They were asked to answer a questionnaire on images of disability whose items required response on a 5-point Likert-type scale. Three factors were identified through factor analysis: identification with social vulnerability, identification with difficulty in daily activities, and attitudes of students toward people with disabilities. The results showed that the students tended to regard disability as a personal issue or as a burden that an individual happened to bear.}, pages = {79--87}, title = {「障害」概念を介した障害理解のための拡張的学習の試みI : 障害児・者に対する学生の意識的態度に関する調査から}, volume = {第21巻}, year = {2009}, yomi = {イシカワ, ユミコ and カナヤ, キョウコ and ムラヤマ, ジュンキチ} }
