However, welfare phenomena are often seen from the perspective of a certain intention, and therefore cannot be completely analyzed scientifically. An ambivalent (ambiguë) situation exists between the scientific world and subjectivity, resulting in a tug of war between them: views of welfare practice fluctuate between science and subjectivity. Nevertheless, both welfare practice and the intentions behind it are progressive. This paper studies the progress of empathic interdependence in welfare practice between science and subjectivity (hereinafter referred to as “inter-subjectivity”) in order to discover its phenomenological structure and foundations and the perspectives behind them.},
