@article{oai:serve.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000055, author = {鈴木, 明}, journal = {聖学院大学論叢, The Journal of Seigakuin University}, month = {Dec}, note = {This is a comparative study of smokers and non-smokers, gathering basic data for a better description of the life style of university students. The following points became clear.1)Compared to the non-smoking group, the everyday life of the smoking group is detrimental to good health. For example, they keep irregular hours and eat unbalanced meals.2)Most of the smokers feel that their health is bad. They complained of subjective symptoms mainly in the respiratory system, the circulatory and digestive organs. Especially for those who smoke more than 21 cigarettes per day, the subjective symptoms were notable. It is presumed that the smoking group will damage their health not only by smoking but also by keeping irregular hours, by lack of exercise, or by getting either too much or too little nutrition. This requires a deepening of the smokers’ awareness, and further health guidance for these students.}, pages = {151--172}, title = {大学生のライフスタイルと健康に関する調査研究(第1報) : 喫煙経験の有無からの比較検討}, volume = {第3巻}, year = {1990}, yomi = {スズキ, アキラ} }
