 note = {During the summer of 1991 I visited the Mongolian People’s Republic and did research on the MARKET ECONOMY of that country. This paper is based on that research. The law on privatization of the Mongolian People’s Republic was ratified in May 1991, gaining approval after prolonged discussion. The adoption of this law marks an important move to wards a market-based economy. This law gives individuals of Mongolia the right to buy assets under state control, and it also defines the principles of privatizing the assets of agricultural cooperatives. People of other countries have varied opinions, viewpoints and evaluations of the Mongolian reformation. In this paper, I dealt with the inevitability of the reformation in the Mongolian People’s Republic.},
