 note = {シェーラー.M. は,共感の本質について述べた箇所で,「共同感情は人間愛を基底づける,人間愛は人格と神に対する無宇宙論的愛を基底づける」としている。この認識は共感における自我論上の見解から人格論へ至る彼の思想をよく表している。われわれはこのシェーラーの認識を軸心にして考察を進める。それによって,共感感情によるトポス形成から人格的次元におけるトポス形成に至るまでのトポスに内在する相互包摂状況の展開について,この第III部で問うことにする。それは真の世界開放性へ向かう道程の解明でもある。この議論の展開において,これまでも参照してきたシェーラーの「形式主義」の議論をもとにしながら,われわれの議論の内実を形成していくことにする。特に,「形式主義」の価値論の考察や幸福主義の問題をさらに詳細に検証していく。こうした考察によって人間と社会における相互包摂と志向意識の展開が分離的同一性(ないし矛盾的同一性)を持ちながら明らかにされていく。その道程の解明は具体的トポス形成の場として本稿におけるこれまでの論理展開の主たる領域としてきた社会福祉(広義)の領域に即して述べられていく。こうして,まさに相互包摂と志向性が展開されるトポスにおける「具体としての福祉」への途の連続的動態が本稿で明らかにされることになる。, Scheler. M. states in delineating the essence of empathy, that “empathetic feeling becomes a base of human love, and human love comes to an uncosmological love for personality and God”. This recognition expresses his thought, which results from the view of ego empathy theory leading to personality theory, well. I will advance by making Scheler’s recognition the axial center of our study. By doing so, in this third part of our study, we will search for the development of mutual inclusion which starts from topos formation through empathy for topos formation in the personal dimension. This study also intends to elucidate the route toward true “World Patency”. Development of this argument will substantiate our theory, based on “Formalism” by Scheler, to which we will refer repeatedly. In particular, I will seek to verify in more detail the study of the theory of value and the problems of the “Happiness Principle” in Sheler’s “Formalism”. Through such verification, we can clarify the development of mutual inclusion and intentional consciousness in individuals and in society, which involves schismatic (or paradoxical) identity. Such routes, based on the domain of social welfare (in a broad sense), will be elucidated in this paper, chiefly through logical development, as places of concrete topos formation.},
