But how to analyze the results of such surveys is not well understood. It is clear that guidelines for how to improve teaching through the use of such survey results do not exist. For this study, a class questionnaire regarding information processing and statistics lectures was conducted, as information processing and statistics lectures have in recent years become compulsory in nutrition education. The results were analyzed using the technique of CS (customer satisfaction) analysis.
