The study was conducted as a preparation to provide effective training to staff of the “Community-Based Care Service Facility,” which is a community service provided by clinical psychologists. The results indicated two factors: a sense of fulfillment and the experience of hardship. Cognition of staff regarding these two factors were classified into four domains: a sense of fulfillment (high/low) × the experience of hardship (high/low). The content of hardship in the “high fulfillment × high hardship” group was analyzed, based on the perspective of psychological well-being in positive psychology.
