The author of this paper has developed the program for this English camp.  The objectives of the camp were to give students opportunities to communicate in English in daily situations and to give them an incentive to study English.  After reviewing the program of the camp, this paper intends to examine feedback from the student participants and the English teachers and discuss effective ways to promote speaking English at the junior high school level.},
