The Japanese corporations as its constituents can also be characterized by “improverishment” and “conflict.” Like changes in the seniority system and lay-off of the middle class employees, there are events indicating the breakdown of the Japanese employment system. If the Japanese employment system has been a source of her economic success, then its breakdown means the necessity of the Japanese economy to change in terms of economic system. Recently a number of papers have been published to discuss the meaning of the breakdown of Japanese employment system. These discussions are making it possible to study the Japanese economy from the historical perspective and define her in terms of economic system. Thus the purpose of this paper is to sort out the discussions and to clarify a few probable historical definitions of Japan in terms of economic system.}, pages = {259--266}, title = {日本的雇用システムとその破綻に関する考察 : 日本型資本主義の歴史的位置づけ}, volume = {第6巻}, year = {1994}, yomi = {オオモリ, タツヤ} }
